An important step in our process involves meticulous collection of raw materials (fish), which is done through our well-established supply chain.

In our cutting-edge processing facility, raw materials undergo an extensive transformation process. These include Grading, Pressure Washing, Machine Cutting, Vacuum Packaging and fine craftsmanship of our premium ready-to-cook fish products.

Elevating Quality through Blast Freezing/IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) :
Unlike regular freezers that operate at -15°C to -18°C, our Blast/IQF Freezing, also known as Quick or Shock Freezing, goes to an incredibly low temperature of -35°C to -40°C. This special freezer is super effective at killing all bacteria in the fish, making sure it stays fresh, tasty, and safe for a long time. Regular freezers take 8-12 hours to reach -15°C to -18°C and freeze something. Our Blast/IQF Freezer, on the other hand, gets to below -35°C to -40°C in just 1.5-2 hours! That's because it's much colder and cools things down really fast. The combination of super low temperatures and quick cooling helps us make really high-quality products.
